Thank you for choosing the Lexvision LV-IP-Tilt-Strobe — a weatherproof strobe and pixel effect luminaire combining two LED systems: 392 × 1.5 W cool-white LEDs for flash and beam effects plus 784 × 1 W RGB 3-in-1 LEDs for color and pixel effects, with motorized tilt across 180°.

This document covers installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Read the manual in full — especially the Safety Information chapter — before first use, and keep it with the unit.

0.1Intended Use

The LV-IP-Tilt-Strobe is weatherproof (IP65) and built for indoor and outdoor use. Permitted operating temperature: −10 °C to 45 °C. The fixture must be operated grounded.

Chapter 01

01Safety Information

Read this chapter fully before first use.

Warning — Hazardous VoltageElectrical connection only by qualified personnel. Every fixture must be properly earthed. Never connect to any type of dimmer apparatus. No user-serviceable parts inside — do not open the housing and never operate with covers removed.

Check for transport damage immediately upon receipt; do not operate a damaged unit and contact your dealer or the manufacturer.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use (IP65). Do not install directly onto inflammable surfaces.
Do not project the beam onto inflammable surfaces — minimum distance 3 m.
Avoid direct exposure to the light from the fixture — the light is harmful to the eyes.
Before installation, ensure that supply voltage and frequency match the fixture requirements.
Always install the fixture with a secondary safety fixing (safety cord).
Shields and lenses must be replaced when visibly damaged (cracks, deep scratches).
Surface temperature: 45 °C after 5 minutes of operation, up to 70 °C in steady state.
Keep at least 50 cm distance from walls; keep vents unobstructed. Keep the fixture clean, do not use in humid or dusty environments — service every three months.
Do not use power cords with damaged insulation; do not lay cords across other wires. Unplug when not in use or when cleaning — always by the plug, never by the cord.

03Power, DMX & Art-Net Connection

3.1Power Connection

Cable cross-section	1.5 mm² required (due to power draw)

Do not connect too many fixtures to a single power cord and do not overload it. Do not use a power cord with damaged insulation.

3.2DMX512 Connection

Connect fixtures via XLR signal cable only in series — one end to the fixture output, the other to the next fixture input. Parallel wiring is not permitted.

At the last fixture in the chain, fit a 120 Ω resistor (¼ W) between pins 2 and 3 of the DMX output to reduce signal errors, weakening and interference.
Maximum 32 fixtures per signal run.
Each fixture requires its own address to receive data from the console.
If a fixture loses power, the DMX in/out connection is bypassed to maintain continuity of the DMX line.

Pixel StructureThe fixture is divided into two "plates" (RGB pixels, 7 each = 14 plate pixels) and two "beams" (white segments, 14 each = 28 beam pixels). Plate and beam groups can be inverted and swapped independently.

Installation, operation and maintenance only by qualified professionals, strictly in accordance with the procedures described in this manual.
Choose a well-ventilated location, at least 50 cm from walls; check that ventilation holes are unobstructed.
Do not look directly at the light source.
Earth each fixture safely; carry out electrical installation in accordance with relevant standards.
If the rear cover has a safety buckle or connection hole, route the safety cord through it for auxiliary suspension.

Keep the fixture clean and do not operate it in humid or dusty environments; service every three months. Check seals and connectors regularly to maintain the IP65 rating.
